Challenge Manager User Guide

Send Bulletin to Followers

Send an email notification to potential solvers and others who have elected to follow your challenge. You can find the number of followers for each challenge in the Subscribers column of your challenges list. Challenge.Gov uses GovDelivery to support management of challenge followers and facilitate message delivery.


  1. From the Challenge Manager Dashboard, click Challenge Management.
  2. Click More options for the draft challenge you wish to edit.
  3. Select Send Bulletin from the options list.
  4. Enter your desired email subject in the Subject field.
  5. Enter your email content in the Body field. The text editor allows you to adjust the font size and format, create bulleted and numbered lists, indent text, and add hyperlinks.
  6. Review your content carefully then click Submit.
